Glaser also used the moment to push back on people hating on Swift for showing up to games, which, fair. At some point the complaining about her being there just becomes its own tired storyline.)

Look, I get why some football purists roll their eyes every time the broadcast cuts to Swift’s suite. I do. There’s a version of this where it feels like overkill, where you just want to watch the game without three replays of a celebrity reaction shot. But here’s what’s interesting – the reaction shots keep happening because they keep being good TV. A wife pointing at her wedding ring after her husband scores? That’s not manufactured.
